Terms of Service

VceSoftLab is an early product lab for collecting software requests, validating reusable product directions, and inviting selected early users.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that VceSoftLab will build it. We prioritize standardizable, high-value directions that can serve more users.

Payments are not open yet. VceSoftLab does not offer active checkout, active subscriptions, invoices, saved payment methods, or a billing portal today.

Future paid products may use subscription packaging, and selected local or desktop tools may support one-time licensing later. Before payments open, VceSoftLab will update payment, cancellation, refund, support, and service availability terms.

Founder Credits are not cash, are not a wallet balance, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred, and are reviewed manually. Future Founder Credits benefits may include manually reviewed subscription time only after paid products are ready, but credits are not redeemable yet and do not guarantee a discount or paid benefit.
