VVceSoftLab

FAQ

Clear answers about request screening, beta access, future subscriptions, Founder Credits, privacy, and payment boundaries.

Will VceSoftLab build every request?

No. We prioritize software directions that can be standardized, serve more users, and show clear product value.

Are Founder Credits cash?

No. Founder Credits are not cash, are not a wallet balance, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred, and are reviewed manually.

Can I pay for VceSoftLab now?

No. Payments are not open yet. VceSoftLab does not offer active checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, or a billing portal today.

Will VceSoftLab sell subscriptions?

Yes, the future commercial model is mainly subscription software for released products. Some local or desktop tools may support one-time licensing later, but only after the product scope and access rules are clear.

What does Beta / Early Access mean?

Beta / Early Access is request-based and manually selected. It is not a paid plan, subscription, or purchase path.

Can Founder Credits be used for subscriptions?

Not yet. Future Founder Credits benefits may include manually reviewed subscription time, such as a month of access, only after paid products are ready. Credits cannot be redeemed, applied automatically, withdrawn, transferred, or treated as cash value.

Which platforms can I request?

You can request Web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, browser extension, or mark the platform as not sure.

What happens after I submit a request?

Your request enters the review queue. If it overlaps with other feedback or shows strong product potential, it may move into Product Lab.
