VceSoftLab collects information you submit through request and feedback forms, including email, name, workflow details, platform preferences, and optional notes.

This information is used to review demand, group similar requests, invite early testers, and improve future products. We do not sell personal information.

VceSoftLab may use Supabase for request storage, account authentication, profiles, and dashboard data, and Resend for transactional or Product Lab validation emails when configured.

VceSoftLab does not process payment provider billing data today. If payment providers, billing data, invoices, subscriptions, or webhook data are added later, this policy will be updated before payments open.

You can request deletion or correction of submitted information by contacting the site owner through the email configured for this project.
